Hello

I wish to clarify on the market practices regarding commissions charged by agents for securing tenants for rental of condo units.

Is it equivalent to
a) 1 month rental for 2 years tenancy and
b) 0.5 month rental for 1 year tenancy?

Hi Molly,

Yup you are right and 7% GST will be charged on top of the commission as well.
