Hi,
1) I would like to know if it is legal to rent out all 3 bedrooms to 3 separate tenants or 2 of 3 bedrooms while leaving the last bedroom empty in a flat with MOP of less than 5 years, when home owner is not staying in the flat.
2) Can home owner visit the flat once per day to "act" as if he is staying in the flat?
3) What if someone reports to HDB, what will happen to the home owner and the tenants currently residing in the flat?
