I will soon be renewing my contract with the Landlord. Though the Landlord and I have already came to a deal without a representation of a property agent, who by the way was only there during the payment and was gone after that, suddenly appeared again on the picture when she found out we'll be renewing. Do we have the right as a tenant to choose our own Property Agent? And I as the Tenant and signatory on the contract has the right to choose who will live with me in the flat I will be renting out?
