As you have mentioned, you are a new associate therefore what makes you think that you deserve a high percentage commission cut from joining as most agents here earn their cuts through hard work from 7030. We earn our fair share of comms cut based on our performance. If you think you are able to be a top producer, you need not worry about the comms cut of 7030 since in no time, you'll be able to achieve the 9010 cut.

In DTZ, our new agents start at 80/20 and most producers will be taking 90/10 every quickly.

There might be a few agencies promising 95/5 or 98/2, but I doubt it make business sense. It sound too desperate.

Do not make a 2nd mistake joining a company based purely on highest commission. What you need is a good mentor who can teach you how to run your successful real estate business instead of following orders e.g. do project as a door greeter for a year.
