Please be informed that the stamp duties will total 18% of the purchase price, is that something that suits your financial planning? Do take note that you will be subject to 15% additional buyer's stamp duty on top of estimated 3% buyer's stamp duty as a foreigner purchaser.

With your $300k cash, you should not have problem purchasing a property worth $790k.

Hi,

Do take note that as a foreigner, the total stamp duty that you are require to pay is $138,600 (15% ABSD, 3% BSD ; assuming its a $800k property)
For first property, you are able to go for 80% bank loan. You may want to speak to banker first for them to access your loan eligibility. I would be able to introduce my network of bankers to you should you require.
