I don't think there is any resale EC costing that range. Am afraid your Cash and CPF portion won't be enough for the downpayment as well.

Besides the 5% cash, there is the Stamp Duty. Example for a $600K condo, you will need Cash $30,000, Stamp Duty $12,600. Total $42,600 must be in Cash. The 15% which is $90,000 can be taken from CPF. If not enough you will need cash to top-up. Bank will only loan you 80% if you do not have any outstanding housing loan currently.
