I have being in this industry for 6 years and my manager have being my closest buddy cum mentor. We are not a big group but working well together.
However, with current CEA regulations, you need to have the minimum qualifications and fulfill certain requirements, to be allowed for registration.
RES course, exam, having minimum of 4 'O's, not linked to any money lending company, not an undischarge bankruptcy, no criminal records, etc
