Asked by
Hi there,

I've asked around some of my friends who are property agents and found out that the initial licensing, course fee, etc. will cost up to $1500 ++ and not to forget the first few months can be $0 income. Can someone please give some advice to me as to how newbies like us can start going into property or 'survive' in the starting out phase?

Evening Veroy,

It's tough to kick off but have to be done, if you intend to move on. You can either start as part time, or if you have good capital at hand, do feel free to go ahead.
However, what make or kill a newbie is your partner and manager.
Do feel free to contact me if keen.
