The moment a salesperson sees such an invitation, I would think that everyone will be interested to take up this sales assignment, however, is your friend sure that this arrangement with multiple salespersons marketing the same property will benefit him or her as a seller? With such number of salesperson marketing the same property, would it make the seller look desperate from a buyer's perspective? Perhaps it would be good to be able to find out more about the needs of your friend as a seller, and allow him or her to understand what are the benefits he or she can enjoy through the different marketing strategies for this sales assignment before getting it up for sale.
