Hi all, I would like to know the differences between sourcing for a property by himself/herself and engage a real estate salesperson to do it. Since many of the listings and pricing can be obtained from different property listing websites, and all kind of analysis and market trend can also be obtained online. What other information i can get it from a professional real estate sales person? or what other services that a good agent can provide? Besides, no marketing cost is involved if an agent is serving a buyer. So i hope all the property experts here enlighten me. THanks
