Hi, both of us are above 55 years old. Would like to sell our private condo and by HDB flat. I cannot proceed in step four for HFE as msg "you own private property." Please advise how to proceed ?

Hi Sir/Mdm,

Both of you are eligible to purchase a HDB. However, you will need to send in an efeedback for HDB to toggle their system at the backend before you are register for your HFE. I have recently helped my clients who are in the same situation to sell their private property and buy a HDB.
