I will be kicking off a Earn-as-you-learn program (12 to 15 weeks program), where the syllabus of the entire program is to groom aspiring realtors to become a top landed homes sales consultant, where our program covers the entire spectrum of real estate activities, with plenty of hands on practise. This program has been designed based on more than 15 years of experience dealing with landed homes by our team members, which includes prospecting, marketing, showing and negotiation skills.

Firstly, congratulations on crossing a major milestone to join the real estate industry.

Like every new agent the biggest question is always who to join and where to go. One of few factors you must consider are synergy, the structure of the division, training pathways as well as tools that will help you increase your efficiency.

There is no way you can find the right answer here but to speak to different leaders one by one.

Do spend time to speak to leaders, ask questions and understand more.
