Hi, im waiting for my RES Exam results. Thinking of joining as a full-timer. Any recommendations? I want to specialise in condo/landed Rentals/Leases. And also, how much is the joining fees that i need to come up with? Will there be leads given? Will it vary from agency to another agency on the commission i need to pay to the agency for a transaction? Thanks!
