No, the $5,000 Option Money and Option Exercise Money is apart from the sales proceeds.

Unfortunately no, the option fee and exercise fee of total $5000 cannot be paid from 50% of sale cash proceeds.
I can assist you to try to nego a lower option fee for you, as I have done for many of my clients.

Hi Mek,

1) I'm afraid that cannot be done.
2) The option and exercise fees are to be paid in cash only and upfront. And cannot be refunded from your 50% sales proceed.
3) In fact, you can't even use your sales proceeds for buyer stamp duty and legal fees.
4) You have to ensure you have sufficient cash or CPF for your buyer stamp duty and legal fees before dashing for your home search.
