If i have enough cash to fully pay a HDB without having any loan to purchase the HDB, can I buy condo at the same time by taking up loan to finance the condo only? Must I wait 5 years before I can buy condo since I have fully paid the HDB.

Morning,

Under the current regulation, regardless of your payment mode for the HDB unit, you need to fulfill the MOP of 5 years, upon key collection.
