Hi,

You need to meet your MOP of 5 years before you can book EC. As BTO is considered subsidized housing, you have already enjoy subsidy once, hence you can't take any more grants for EC, and considered 2nd timer.

If you have already met MOP, it is advisable to start exploring now as the ECs without resale levy are getting limited. Thanks and may I understand your requirements further so to value-add to your housing plans?

Hi, when you bought your current BTO unit, it is already a subsidized grant and hence there will be no more grants being offered to you.

Dear Sir/Mdm,

You will not be considered a 2nd timer as you have already purchased a subsidised flat before and therefore you will not be entitled to any grant.

If I may suggest, you can consider some of the ECs which are not subjected to the resale levy as Skypark in Sembawang, Forestville in Woodlands and Waterwoods in Punggol.

As BTOs are considered subsidized housing, you will not be eligible for a grant. You could nonetheless opt for ECs without resale levy. Perhaps you could share more on your exact requirements and finances on hands to conduct a financial progressive payments to asses which development itself will be best to consider and propose unit layouts accordingly.
