if i buy a 3 room flat under single citizen scheme,
then my flat is selected for en-bloc,
what will happen to my flat ?
i understand that the government will build new flats for people living in my block and give us rights to select the new flats that they are building,
but this is only for those who are not singles, right ?
single people have to take the money from the government and lose their flats and look for another flat in the re-sale market, right ?
