Hi. Currently, I am planning to sell my exec flat to buy a small terrace house. My house is expected to fetch about 640000. We bought our house for $340000 and we have paid about $ 180000 of this loan. Our combined income is slightly more than 10K per month. Based on the information provided, how much would I be able to get back in cash and how much will be returned to CPF if I sell this place at $640000? What is the price range of terrace house I could probably afford in the Bukit Panjang area? How much cash would I need if I'm buying a terrace? Are there any hidden costs for such houses?
