Yes its possible if you have sufficient funds (cash + CPF OA + home loan) to cover the full purchase price of hdb flat so to be able to successfully do purchase completion first. We can market the condo for sale once you have confirmed your next hdb flat.

Yes this is possible, provided 1) you do not need the cash proceed for the sale of your condo to fund the purchase of HDB 2) You are buying 4R HDB or smaller (so you dont need to serve 15 months wait out period)
