Hi, currently I'm looking to buy a 4 room or 5 room flat. I apply hle and was granted $270,000. So I try bank loan and base on the calculation I can loan $440,000. But the problem is I need 5% cash and the rest can pay thru cpf. What can I do if I don't have the 5% cash. Please help me as I wish to buy a flat asap. Thank you.
