Hi, currently we're shortfall of 40K in order to collect key of our BTO flat. Can we apply bridging loan using my wife's name only as I've a bad credit record. We'll settle the bridging loan after cash proceed, what's the max period for bridging loan?

One big local bank offers repayment period of up to 6 months.
