Good evening CCG,

You are able to apply for ABSD remission if one of the married couple purchasers is a Singaporean citizen and you sell off your current property within 6 months from (i) completion date or (ii) TOP date if it's a new launch.

To help with your second question, if you are planning to keep your 2nd property, your 2nd property has to be purchased by a married couple with at least 1 Singaporean in order to be eligible for ABSD remission.

If current property is under your spouse and your name (married couple), the 2nd property must be under the married couple names and be sold within 6 months from purchase completion if not, application for ABSD remission will not be successful.
