RES result is usually ready before end of the month. This is to facilitate those who did not get through to register for the next exam date.

The result within 10 to 14 days from the exam date. Upon received the result slip, you could join an agency of your choice who will then apply the license.
Check their website out:- www.cea.gov.sg
