Hi,

Yes its possible, the law firm can advise more on transfer of properties via gift and its costs. You can purchase a resale HDB straight away, but for a BTO you need to wait out 30 months first before you can apply.

Cost and funding involved would depend on your situation. Is the condo fully paid? Using Cash or CPF?

You are eligible to purchase a HDB resale flat anytime, even before you do the transfer. If you're looking at a BTO flat direct from HDB, you will have to wait for 30 months after the transfer of condo is done, before being eligible to apply for the BTO.
