Some helpful agents already mentioned that the wait is 10-14 days. To be more specific, last month result came out via email on 22nd Jun (+/- 1 day).

I shortlisted and recruited 3 new agents who passed the last exam. I will be recruiting another 3 agents this month.

Why 3? I want to ensure that I can provide personal 1-to-1 coaching yet able to create a mini-team so that the new partners can support and encourage each others as they progress in their few few months.

Hello

The result within 10 to 14 days from the exam date. Once you received the result slip, you could join an agency of your choice.

Then, you will need to register at the Council for Estate Agencies(CEA)and enrol for the new council course & exam, Real Estate Salesperson (RES) (and pass the exam).
REA- the exam for agent keen to set his own agency.
RES- the exam for agent planning to be salesperson.

Then, you may join any agency of your choice.

Alternatively, if you do not possess 4 O'level passes, you have to take and pass a test, called - WPLN (Workplace Literacy & Numeric skills) conducted by WDA (Workforce Development Agency) before you can register for the RES course, conducted by CEA. Once you've passed RES, you may join any agency of ur choice.
