Hi Wai,

There is Only 2 types of 1 Bedroom Unit, commonly is also called as Studio Unit, this is because the layout is an Open Concept Type without wall between Living/Kitchen/Bedroom and no "Bomb-Shelter" in both 592sqft(Planter Type)/614sqft(Balcony Type).

I am one of the Marketing Agent for this project when it was launched.

Those owner who own a Loft Unit is looking to Live in as a SOHO unit or Rent out as a SOHO function unit. The design and function is built for this function.
