You should be able to purchase a 1 bedroom unit comfortably.
May I suggest Grandview Suites at Geylang. A typical 1 bedroom is less than 600k. This project will be launched end of Sep.

With your current finances, IF you are currently NOT servicing any other mortgage loans, you are certainly able to afford a 1 bedroom in the current market.
You have not mentioned your monthly income and your age, which will determine how much loan you can take. Since this information can be confidential and sensitive, I would recommend that you speak to a banker for loan advice. Once your loan is approved, you can proceed to buy your unit with confidence.
