Hi buddy,

It is not too difficult for a contractor to do that as long as you have the floor plan. You can request from the seller's agent when you go viewing.

Alternatively, do consider to engage a realtor to assist you. If he/she can help you nego down $10-20K, what are your "real costs" right? =)
