Good evening,

Based on your income alone, assuming fixed income, no other home loan or loan obligations, it is likely you can get an indicative home loan up to $576k for 30 year tenure.

75% home loan of $3.8mil is $2.85mil, hence the loan shortfall is approximately $2.274mil . To match this shortfall, one way is to do a show fund method of $3.158mil with the bank or to pledge $948k fixed deposit with the bank for 4 years. I have worked on similar cases before and will be happy to share the best approach to structure your purchase.
