Hi guru, just an enquiry . My frd currently has sold his flat .He hasen got his sales proceeds.but he urgently needs a flat . So enquiry is can he arrange to move in to a eg 3 room flat at a certain date; sign the tenancy agreement but pass the advance and deposit to the owner on the date he gets sales proceeds?He wishes to move in before completion for his current flat but the agent he called said he can only move in to the flat after he gives the advance ; deposit for the flat and commision amt for the agent. Can the above asked prior arrangement be made? if can pls provide contact details of agents who can help solve this problem . Thank you .
