Hi Gurus, can anyone advise the accurate TOP date for Optima @ Tanah Merah?

I'm looking for a unit at either Casa merah but the asking price is too high and considering optima provided I can shift in by jun 2012. Thanks in advance

Hi Steve,

Is unlikely Optima can TOP these few months.

As sale completion also need 3 months, if you looking to shift in by June, you have to buy a unit sometime by March. My feel is it is not possible for Optima to TOP by then.
