Hi gurus,

I am thinking of selling my existing 4room HDB and buying a resale 3rm HDB. I was wondering if i am eligible for HDB loan? And also, after paying $5k as option fees, what are the other cash I need to pay for my purchase upfront? Can I make use of my cash proceeds to pay the COV?
