Hi Gurus. I have sold my HDB flat bought with HDB grant. I am currently renting a condo.

I am planning to buy a 3 room HDB using bank loan and some of my CPF. Thereafter, can I still buy a condo (not yet TOP or maybe resale) and still use my CPF to pay monthly installment for both the HDB and condo? Thanks in advance for your time.
