Iam a PR and I would like to buy a Condo unit.My annual Income is around 90K.Iam looking for a property around 800K.Iam in short of $50K for the initial down payment.Iam willing to take personal loan or credit line loan.My Question is "Will there be any issue in getting my home loan if Iam taking the personal loan for the 50K"? Pls advice?
