Hi Gurus, I'd bought a small unit in meadow@peirce and has already paid 30% to-date. However I do not like the one wall bathroom design. Is it possible for me to pay a bit more in cash for the additional cost to modify the layout of the bathroom in accordance to my bathroom design now?

You have to get your lawyer to check with the developer. May be possible assuming you paid only additional 10% on top of the initial 20% (means only foundation done). No harm trying. Read More
