purchase a condominium u need to pay 1% deposit & following will be 4% progressive in 2 week time. others its depand on loan amount u need to get from bank. normally local singaporean loan amount up to 90%, foreigner is 80%. beside u need to pay stamp duty & legal fees. pls do not hesitate to contact me for more infomation, NON obligation & i can introduce good banker to you. thanks & merry X'mas!!
