Hi, Gurus.Im interested in Jurong 2/3 bedrooms condos eg: Summerdale,parc vista & parc oasis(preferably). However my budget is around 500-600k 7 im willing to pay 10% d/p. rest of it shall be bank loan(if possible lowest interest rates). And possible to absorb the stamp fees also(HIGHLY INTERESTED)? Is there such an offer? Pls advice. Thank You.

Hi Simon,

You are able to get a condo less than $600K with 90% loan but that depends on your financial status.

You can get 3bdrms EC in Floravale below 600k!I've gt two 3bdrms apts.
Asking $565k neg.1216sqft.
Asking $580k neg.1238sqft.
