Your question pertaining to this issue is to quickly act on it by informing HDB of your interest of cancellation of the SengKang's application & quickly reapply for the Jurong East's application. As it stated, applicant only need to submit one application, instead of multiple application under separate modes of
sale.
Also, HDB will announce the sale exercise on the day of the launch. There is no fixed schedule. Applicants can only aply for one town/estate and one flat applicatin category. A non-refundable administrative fee of $10 is payable by Cash Card or credit card (Visa/MasterCard).
All the existing priority schemes will be applied to the Sale of Balance Flats.
Income Ceiling not more than $8k.
An option fee is payable by cash/NETS/cheque upon selection of flat.
Studio Apartment = $250
2 room flat = $500
3 room flat = $1000
4/5/Exec/S1/S2 = $2000
You may apply online. Receive your balloted queue number. Select your desired unit and pay the relevant option fee.
Obtain the HDB Loan Eligibility (HLE) letter or a letter of offer from a bank/financial institution.
Sign dthe agreement for lease within 3 months from the flat selection date. Pay 10% downpayment (55 for studio apatment) and 1% to 3% legal and stamp fees. You will be informed when the keys are ready for collection.

Alternatively, you may visit HDB Hub. The is an exhibition at the Sales Display Area (Atrium, 1st storey).
