presently staying 4 rm hdb and own a private property, can i downgrade my hdb?

Good morning ST,
Do take note that for HDB purchase, one have to sell off all their private properties be it in Singapore or overseas within 6 months from purchase completion date.
You will have to fulfill minimum occupation period of 5 years first before you are eligible a private property again.
Of course you are eligible to purchase a resale HDB, but you will have to sell off your private property as well thus I am not sure whether is this choice suitable for you.
Probably you can share more information on your decision so I am in a better position to advise you further.

Next you have to sell your remaining old property , latest by 6months after collecting key to your latest hdb.
