Hi, hope you are doing well. I saw your condo listing at Stirling Residences 1br or 2br
My name is Hiranthip Intaranukulkij
1. I am expat (Thai nationality)
2. Individual looking for one bedder

I also have one colleague who might move to SG with me so 2 bedders are fine

3. I am a full time professional working in big corporate

4. Looking for fully furnished unit
5. Period leasing: more than 1Y
6. Move in date: June 1
7. Budget: 3000-3300 for one bedder or 4000 ish for 2 beds

Please kindly let me know if any availability room + terms for rental
