Hi, I am a permanent resident and I would like to know how much cash need to buy my first resale HDB flat.
lets say, i am buying resale hdb flat for 400,000
Question 1:
Stamp duty: what is the amount and percentage (%) ?
ADSD: what is the amount and percentage (%) ?
Agent Fee: what is the amount and percentage (%) ?
legal fee: the amount and percentage (%) ?
if i am apply for 80% loan (based on 400,000 Price) then, Bank loan will be: 320,000
Question 2:
Remaining (20%) = 80,000
1) if i pay 5000 cash as advance then, can i pay 75000 from CPF?
2) ABSD (5%) : Can be paid also from cpf?
