5% cash - $44,500
15% cash/cpf - $133,500
Stamp Duty - $21,300
Lawyer Fee - $2,500

Total: $201,800.

If you have cash of $44,500 and cpf of $157,300, you are good to select and confirm your EC unit upon bank loan approval.
