Hi I am a Singapore citizen looking for my first house to buy and I am very keen, after much house-hunting, to buy a unit at Cambridge Road. Problem is indian quota is full (when the price is right and location is good, there is this problem!). Please let me know if there are any units available by indian/ others seller or if the owner got mixed blood also can try..will be most willing. thanks

Hi Sunil,

It's not easy as there are very few blocks of HDB in that area. I can monitor closely for you to find your dream home. I need to know in more details your criteria, e.g. 3/4/5 rm flats, will be applyig under single/family nucleus scheme, any other areas to consider etc. We need to work closely on this so kindly contact me at HP: 9436 1098  for discussion.

Many Thanks & Warm Regards,

Hi there,

- It sounds like you've done your homework and found a great spot at Cambridge Road!
- The ethnic quota can be a tricky hurdle, but don't lose hope just yet.
- One option is to keep an eye out for units being sold by Indian or other eligible ethnic groups that meet the current quota requirements.
- Another possibility is finding a seller with mixed ethnicity that could fit the quota criteria, allowing you to make the purchase.
- Keeping in close contact with a proactive agent who is familiar with the area can help you stay updated on any new listings that match your needs.
- You might also consider expanding your search to nearby areas with similar amenities and appeal.

Thank you.
