Hi Mary,

if you are purchasing, there is no comm payable by you. We would get direct from the owner. All u need to do is to select the condo project u like. We will assist u from there onwards. There are many projects in the Bukit Timah Area, which is considered to be the dist 10 and 21 in Singapore

I have one unit at Meraprime (next to Tiong Bahru MRT/Shopping Centre). Rental avaialble from mid Jan. 2009. 2+1 Bedrooms, unfurnished, near to town. Let me know if you are keen to view.
