When do I let HDB know of my intention to use CPF and savings to pay for the flat? What if I have submitted the resale application to buy with a bank loan? I have also accepted the bank's offer for the loan. I understand that there is a penalty that I need to pay. But how do I let HDB know of my intention to reject the loan and use CPF and savings to pay?
