Hi,
I am interested in the upcoming project at Lakeside mrt. However, I am worried that ppty price may drop further. Is it possible that it will drop beyond launch price? HAs any agent helped their client to appeal to HDB to fulfil the 5 year MOP? What grounds will have higher success>

I had done a few successfully appeal for my clients before on the 5years MOP requirements in other projects. i will be glad to share with you on the successful stories.
