I'm looking at upgrading to condos. If after a few years, I feel like downgrading to HDB, would HDB impose any tax or levy on me? Pls advise. Thanks.

Evening Amanda,

As per your statement, you are upgrading to condo, may I know the size of the unit that you are currently holding?
Is it a direct purchase from HDB or did you get a HDB grant?
Do note that with the current ruling, if you were to sell your condo, within 5 years from purchase, you are require to pay for the levy of the condo.
