Hi Gurus, we have fulfilled the HDB MOP, do we need to inform HDB before buying private condo?

Evening Larry,

You do not need to inform HDB before you purchase the private property, since you have fulfilled your MOP. If you are PR, do note that you are required to sell off your HDB unit within 6 months from key collection. If you are SC, you will be liable for 7% ABSD which is payable by cash within 14 days from exercising of the Option.
