Hi,

I am keen to sell my 3 room HDB flat and look for a 4 room flat. So I need advice what are the monetary related matters involve when I sell my current flat (under bank loan for abt 2 years now)? I need this figure so that I can adjust my budget for the 4 room flat.

In the old days (before Mar this year), owner who took bank loan and fulfilled the minimum 1 yr period can sell his HDB flat.
