Hi. i will like to buy a resale flat preferably a 3 room flat. My concern is i'm not eligible for a hdb housing loan and my mum has used up a 2nd hdb loan. My question is how can i purchase a resale flat with this conundrum?

Afternoon,

To purchase a resale unit with your mum, you will only be granted market rate HDB loan, after meeting certain T&C. Otherwise, based on both your income status, you can try to get a bank loan.
